Employer: Aerotek. General Production Worker Job Description Join our team as a General Production Worker on the night shift, working Monday through Thursday from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. This is an entry-level position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a rapidly growing company in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. Responsibilities - Collaborate with team members to assemble casing for large industrial application batteries. - Perform quality checks by measuring and inspecting parts independently. - Document part orders and inspection notes accurately. - Execute general labor duties as assigned. Essential Skills - Ability to work on feet for 8-10 hours per day. - Capability to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift. - At least 6 months of manufacturing production experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications - Proficiency in production, machine operation, assembly, and general labor. - Experience with quality control and using a tape measure. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Weirton, WV. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
