The Rail Brakeman is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient movement, positioning, loading, and unloading of railcars while operating heavy equipment to transport, stockpile, and load aggregate materials throughout the quarry. This role works closely with locomotive crews, plant operators, and quarry personnel to ensure safe rail operations, maintain production efficiency, and comply with all company safety policies, MSHA regulations, and railroad operating procedures.
