Responsibilities - Work on the production floor in the wall panel division, supporting daily manufacturing and assembly operations. - Use a tape measure, hand tools, and power tools throughout an 8โ10 hour shift to assemble materials and components. - Assist in the fabrication of engineered wood products, trusses, wall panels, and other structural components. Essential Skills - Comfortable using a tape measure frequently and accurately during an 8โ10 hour shift. - Mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand basic mechanical processes and tools. - Proven ability and experience using hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure. - Capability to work overtime when scheduled, including 10 to 15 hours of overtime during peak seasons. - Previous experience in assembly or similar environment.
