The Service Coordinator will provide assistance to the Service Department in the Columbus Branch. Duties include completing and sending service quotes and estimates for materials and labor for repairs. Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. Other duties may be required as assigned by the Service Manager or Branch Manager. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. - Print SFU’s from Inspections. - Complete estimates for materials and labor needed for repairs. - Email quotes to customers. - Perform follow-ups on non-approved quotes. - Open tickets for approved SFU’s. - Order material for approved SFU’s. - Complete invoices for completed SFU’s repairs on a weekly basis. - Assist in any issues or corrections needed by the Corporate Branch for the Service Department. - Handle customer requests for the Service Department when needed. - Attend any necessary required meetings.
