Senior Construction Manager Telecommunications Construction | Fiber Optic | OSP | FTTH About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead and oversee multiple telecommunications infrastructure projects, including fiber optic, FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home), aerial, underground, and utility construction initiatives. This position is ideal for a proven telecom construction leader who can manage complex projects, develop high-performing teams, and ensure the successful delivery of network infrastructure projects from planning through closeout. The Senior Construction Manager will be responsible for directing construction operations, managing field leadership, maintaining client relationships, driving project profitability, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers the opportunity to oversee large-scale network deployments while working closely with engineering, permitting, utility partners, subcontractors, and executive leadership. What You'll Do As a Senior Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the overall execution and performance of multiple telecommunications construction projects. Project Leadership & Execution - Manage multiple telecom construction projects simultaneously from pre-construction through project completion. - Oversee construction activities involving: - Fiber optic deployment - FTTH network builds - Aerial construction - Underground construction - Directional drilling operations - Coaxial infrastructure projects - Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables. - Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to customer specifications. - Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
