Job Title: Production Associate (1st / 2nd / 3rd Shift) ($19.00/hr.+) Job Description This entry-level production role focuses on supporting manufacturing operations by changing over machines between products, performing weigh-up tasks, and handling packaging duties in the production department. You help ensure products meet quality standards, customer specifications, and delivery requirements while maintaining efficiency and following established policies and procedures. Will train on 1st shift for 4 weeks regardless of shift* Responsibilities - Perform all required machine changeover cleaning to ensure efficient machine start-up between product runs. - Obtain the correct batch documentation and verify that the appropriate ingredients are delivered to the work area. - Retrieve ingredients for mixing as needed and accurately weigh ingredients according to recipe specifications. - Set up and start weigh-up or packaging machinery, verifying that all controls comply with operating and safety procedures. - Notify the appropriate personnel promptly about any issues, problems, or concerns that arise during production. - Supply and support Production Operators with the correct materials and assistance to keep all equipment running efficiently. - Complete and maintain all required paperwork and production documents accurately and on time. - Follow and comply with all safety rules, work rules, and regulations throughout the shift. - Maintain housekeeping standards in the department to keep the work area clean and organized. - Perform other related duties as assigned to support production goals.
