Forklift Operator – Outdoor Production and Yard Support 1st shift up to $25/hr Job Description This role focuses on safely moving finished materials from production lines to yard inventory using a forklift, while working primarily outdoors. Responsibilities - Operate a forklift to transport finished materials from production lines to designated inventory areas in the yard. - Work outdoors approximately 90% of the time, safely maneuvering equipment and materials in all weather conditions. - Load and unload materials efficiently, ensuring accurate placement and adherence to safety procedures. - Cross-train in the production area to learn key tasks and processes so you can fill in for associates who are absent. - Support general labor and construction-related tasks as needed, including heavy lifting and material handling. - Maintain a clean, organized work area in both outdoor yard and indoor production spaces. - Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures to prevent accidents and damage to materials or equipment. - Communicate with production and yard teams to coordinate material flow and resolve issues promptly. Essential Skills - At least 1 year of outdoor work experience, preferably in a physically demanding role. - Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions for the majority of the shift. - Experience with loading and unloading materials in a productio
