What you’ll do - Perform highly skilled construction tasks such as loading, delivering, excavating, and operating advanced equipment for underground projects - Install and maintain complex underground telecommunications cable with precision and adherence to project specifications - Operate, troubleshoot, and perform minor maintenance on construction equipment to ensure optimal functionality - Assist supervisors with project plans, material management, and task prioritization - Provide support to small workgroups to meet project goals on time and follow safety standards - Complete and verify detailed production reports to maintain accurate project records - Assist with site restoration efforts, including final grading and landscaping, to meet client expectations - Identify and address potential safety and operational issues proactively - Train and mentor Level I and II laborers to improve their skills and knowledge - Perform other duties as assigned What you’ll need - To be 18 years of age or older - Authorization to work in the United States for this company - High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience - 3-5 years of experience in underground telecommunications construction or a related field - Advanced knowledge of construction equi
