Responsibilities

Employer: International Paper. Job Description Position Title: Master Mechanic/Electrician 1 Pay Rate: $36.79/hr. plus differential Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time- Third shift position-7pm-7am (12-hour shift rotation with a requirement to work every other weekend). Physical Location: Eaton Container 900 State Route 35 West Eaton, OH 43050 The Job You Will Perform: - Troubleshoot programmable controllers and A/C and D/C drives. Make necessary repairs to drives and their control system use. - Maximum the utilization of equipment by maintaining the machinery to run at available capacity and speed. - Follow-up all work orders to ensure repairs and work are preformed properly anc. entered into the maintenance software program. - Plan and schedule maintenance work. - Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping. The Skills You Will Bring: - Minimum of 3 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting is required. Experience in a corrugated facility is strongly preferred. - Must demonstrate proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, motor controls & drives, mechanical power transmissions, welding & metal fabrication, pneumatic & hydraulic troubleshooting & repair, lift truck safety and PC literacy. - Must successfully complete a maintenance test, drug screening, and background /employment verification.
