Hard bounces, complaints, and administrative suppressions prevent both manual and automated sends.
Content and measurement
Job and event editions are selected deterministically from current structured listings. Hispanic Plaza does not use generative AI to invent or rewrite listings.
We prioritize confirmed subscriptions, delivery, clicks, preference changes, and downstream actions. Opens, when available, are only an unreliable secondary estimate.
Pre-subscription telemetry
Allowed acquisition events are limited to placement eligibility, impression, dismissal, and subscription start, using only placement, route, market, topic, format, and language needed for aggregate measurement.
These anonymous events expire after 90 days, are rate-limited, exclude raw IP and device identifiers, and are not merged into a contact after signup.
