Job Title: Warehouse Associate Job Description The Warehouse Associate accurately receives, organizes, and tracks inventory while maintaining up-to-date records in the warehouse management and ERP systems. This role supports smooth warehouse operations by performing cycle counts, picking and putting away parts, and preparing items for shipment using computer-based tools. Responsibilities - Receive incoming orders and verify quantities and part identification against documentation. - Organize and maintain warehouse inventory in designated storage locations. - Track part ID numbers and accurately document all relevant information in the computer system. - Perform continuous cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy and order completeness. - Record counting, picking, and receiving activities in the computer system and ERP platform. - Pick parts accurately according to order requirements and prepare them for packing or shipping. - Put received parts away in the correct locations while updating inventory records in the system. - Generate and apply shipping labels using computer and ERP tools. - Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse work area. Essential Skills - Ability to accurately track and document part ID numbers and inventory data. - Comfort using computers for data entry and basic warehouse documentation. - Strong attention to detail when counting, picking, and receiving parts. - Ability to follow established warehouse procedures and work instructions. - Organizational skills to keep inventory and storage areas orderly. Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience working with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is a plus. - Familiarity with generating shipping labels using computer-based systems. - Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or logistics environment is beneficial.
