Job Title: Production Associate Job Description The Production Associate operates as a line operator responsible for carrying out production activities required to manufacture conductive materials such as metal-plated fibers and coated non-woven materials. This role involves hands-on work with chemicals, operation of production equipment, and careful inspection and testing to ensure high-quality finished products. The position requires strong attention to detail, a safety-first mindset, and the ability to work independently while following established procedures and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities - Perform production activities to manufacture conductive materials, including metal-plated fibers and coated non-woven materials. - Handle both large and small volume chemical transfers in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines. - Prepare chemical solutions accurately by following written and verbal instructions. - Inspect raw materials to ensure they meet required specifications before use in production. - Test in-process materials and finished products using designated methods and equipment, and record results clearly and accurately. - Record production data, test results, and process parameters in logs or systems as required. - Label and package finished goods according to specifications and quality standards. - Clean and maintain process equipment and test equipment to ensure reliable operation and product quality. - Handle hazardous materials safely, including participating in spill clean-up activities in accordance with safe handling practices and safety procedures. - Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area at all times to support a productive and compliant workplace. - Perform all assignments in a safe manner and actively participate in environmental health and safety programs as assigned. - Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize operational efficiency and improve manufacturing processe
