Responsibilities - Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout - Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall performance - Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors - Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and trade partners - Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions - Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards - Support field teams to drive safe and efficient project execution - Represent Setterlin professionally in all client and project interactions Essential Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field is a plus - 1+ years of commercial construction experience - Proven experience managing projects in the $1M–$20M range - Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor management - Proficiency with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.) and Microsoft Office Recruiter: Eisen Hardy - 'ehardy@actalentservices.com' Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Columbus, OH.
