Are you ready to move the world forward? Apply now. A Brief Summary of This Position This is an Individual Contributor position with the Site Pro 1 in the Telecom division. Working under the direction of the Facility Manager, and within the guidelines of established procedures, the Picker/Packer is responsible to accurately pick all communication tower components per the packing slip. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for general house keeping of their area. Essential Functions • Operate the following pieces of production equipment: forklifts • Accurately pick, and pack items based on customer orders • Inventory control activities including cycle counts • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, although most frequent lift is 20 pounds • Ability to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), as well as work in non-temperature controlled environment • Ability to stand/walk up to 100% of shift • This position reports into the Facility Manager and has no direct reports Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities) • High school diploma/GED and 6+ months of relevant education/work experience • The ability to perform basic mathematical functi
