This organization builds and assembles large‑scale material handling systems and provides employees with long‑term career growth, including advancement into Industrial Painter roles. **Location:** Aurora, CO **Pay:** $20.00–$22.00 per hour **Schedule:** 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM **Overtime available depending on workload** **Role Overview:** The Paint Shop Helper plays a key role in the paint department by preparing, handling, and moving parts throughout the painting process. This is a hands‑on position suited for individuals with mechanical aptitude, comfort using tools, and a strong work ethic. While the work is repetitive, it offers a clear pathway to advance into skilled industrial painting positions for dependable, motivated team members. **Job Responsibilities:** + Assist painters with part preparation + Hang components on an automated conveyor system for painting + Mask, prep, and stage parts prior to paint application + Remove painted parts from hangers and prepare them for packaging + Palletize finished products for shipment + Perform general shop and production support tasks + Operate a sandblaster when needed + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area + Follow all safety and quality procedures **Qualifications:** + Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting ability + Experience using hand and power tools + Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift + Comfortable working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment + Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Reliable attendance and positive attitude **Preferred Qualifications:** + Industrial painting experience + Powder coating experience + Blueprint reading skills + Forklift experience + Prior manu
