Employer: Adecco US, Inc.. **Warehouse Associate** **Shift:** Sunday – Thursday **Hours:** + 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM + 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM **Position Overview** We are seeking a dependable and motivated **Warehouse Associate** to support daily warehouse operations. This role is primarily responsible for unloading trailers and processing cardboard using a baler. The ideal candidate is flexible, safety-focused, and able to adapt to changing operational needs. **Key Responsibilities** **Unloading Trailers** + Safely and efficiently unload incoming trailers + Handle products with care to prevent damage + Sort and organize items for accurate identification and easy retrieval **Processing Cardboard** + Operate the baler machine to process cardboard + Ensure cardboard is properly compacted and stored + Maintain a clean, safe, and organized baler area **Additional Duties** + Assist with picking, packing, shipping, and other warehouse tasks as needed + Follow all safety policies and procedures + Participate in inventory counts and maintain accurate records + Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors **Qualifications** + High school diploma or equivalent + Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not required + Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., baler machine) + Strong organizational and time-management skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment + Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities + Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team **Physical Requirements** + Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods + Comfortable working in various temperatures and warehouse conditions **Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
