In this position, your craftsmanship and focus will directly support products that demand the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. **What You’ll Do Every Day** As an Assembler, you’ll work in a cleanroom environment where precision and consistency matter: + Assemble and inspect components and products to ensure the highest quality standards + Set up, operate, monitor, and change over production equipment + Use microscopes for extended periods while handling small, intricate parts + Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, and travelers + Record, analyze, and report production and quality data + Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work area + Comply with all safety rules and cleanroom protocols + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and production + Support the Operating System and site operational goals **What You Must Have** + English fluency (reading, writing, and speaking) + Computer literacy + **1+ year of manufacturing experience** (within the past 5 years; 2–3+ year tenure preferred) + Comfort and ability working in a **cleanroom environment** , including wearing a full body suit, face mask, eye protection, gloves, and anti-static bracelet + Comfort using a **microscope for hours at a time** + Strong hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and manual dexterity **What We Value (Preferred Qualifications)** + Experience using precision hand tools + Ability to read blueprints, travelers, or technical documentation + Troubleshooting skills + Strong communication skills + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment **Compensation &
