Employer: Aerotek. **JANITOR - IMMEDIATE HIRING!** **Pay Rate** : $18 | Raise to $25.00 - $26.50 after probation **Shift Timing:** 5:30PM to 2:00AM | Sunday - Thursday **Experience:** Entry Level **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated janitors to join our team in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness within office spaces. This role involves cleaning and maintaining Microsoft facilities. **Responsibilities** + Complete daily cleaning tasks and maintain assigned areas + Operate motorized cleaning equipment safely + Follow all safety rules, company policies, and cleaning standards. + Report hazards, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly + Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked. + Work collaboratively with team members + Communicate professionally with leads, coworkers, managers, and customers. + Assist during staffing shortages and support shift leadership with punch-list items. + Use required personal protective equipment (PPE). + Maintain a professional appearance **Essential Skills** + Ability to pass a 7-year record check. + Capability to pass a 4-panel drug screen (No THC). + Physical ability to stand, bend, crouch, and kneel for a 10-hour shift. + Basic English reading and speaking skills. + Possession of 2 forms of ID. + Reliable transportation as there is no bus line available at 2am. + Understanding of union positions and willingness to work in such an environment. + Ownership of a phone and knowledge of using a translator app. **HAPPY APPLYING!** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Redmond, WA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
