If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and taking pride in keeping operations running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing organization. **What You'll Do** + Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory. + Pick, pack, and prepare customer and production orders for shipment. + Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently. + Move materials throughout the warehouse using appropriate material-handling equipment. + Verify incoming shipments and report any shortages, damage, or discrepancies. + Use warehouse management and inventory systems to track materials and shipments. + Maintain accurate inventory records and support cycle counts as needed. + Pull materials for production and customer orders. + Work closely with warehouse, production, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. + Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse best practices. **What We're Looking For** **Required Qualifications** + 2+ years of warehouse, shipping, receiving, distribution, or material handling experience. + Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software systems. + Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Preferred Qualifications** + Forklift experience or certification. + Experience using ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems. + Experience with RF scanners, shipping d
