Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Construction Laborer** to join our team at **NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC)** in Greenbelt, MD! **What You'll Be Doing:** + Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and equipment operators. + Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment. + Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris and hazards. + Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and perform basic earthwork activities. + Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively. + Set up and dismantle temporary structures such as scaffolding, barricades, and signage. + Follow project plans, specifications, and supervisor instructions. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. + Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations. + Assist with demolition, concrete work, and other construction-related tasks as assigned. + Perform other duties as needed to support project completion. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + High school diploma or GED (preferred). + Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. + Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. + Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site safety practices. + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Good communication and interpersonal skills. + Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. + Understanding of
