You will contribute to converting commercial office buildings and warehouses into modern laboratory spaces, assisting skilled tradespeople and helping maintain safe, clean, and efficient job sites. Responsibilities - Support commercial carpentry activities, including tasks related to drywall, concrete carpentry, and steel framing under the direction of experienced tradespeople. - Assist with electrical work as part of a general contractor team that self-performs carpentry and electrical scopes. - Perform general labor duties such as site preparation, material handling, and moving tools and equipment as needed. - Carry out job site clean up, including debris removal, sweeping, and maintaining an organized and safe work area throughout the project. - Use hand tools and basic construction tools safely and correctly to support daily construction operations. - Help with the conversion of commercial office buildings and warehouses into laboratory spaces by completing assigned construction tasks. - Collaborate with carpenters, electricians, and other team members to ensure work is completed efficiently and to quality standards. - Follow all safety guidelines and instructions on site to protect yourself, your team, and the facility. - Adapt to different tasks and project needs, providing reliable support across carpentry, general labor, clean up, and other construction-related activities.
