You will handle physically demanding tasks, operate in outdoor environments, and contribute to projects that often require travel, overtime, and flexible scheduling. The position suits someone who enjoys working with their hands, adapting to changing job sites, and collaborating with a field-based team. **Responsibilities** + Perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials on job sites. + Assist with hydro-excavation activities, ensuring safe and efficient removal of soil and debris around utilities and infrastructure. + Support storm and sewer line cleaning operations using appropriate tools and equipment. + Assist with pipe jetting tasks to clear and maintain storm and sewer lines. + Contribute to excavation work, including trenching, digging, and backfilling as directed. + Handle construction-related duties such as pipe laying, field service support, and general labor tasks. + Carry out miscellaneous related duties and special projects as assigned by supervisors or project leads. + Work independently with minimal supervision when required, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. + Collaborate as an active member of a team, maintaining clear communication and supporting coworkers in the field. + Follow safety procedures and guidelines while working outdoors and around heavy equipment. + Travel to various project locations, often outside the local area, and adapt to different job site conditions. + Work additional hours beyond regularly scheduled shifts, including nights and weekends, when project needs require it. **Essential Skills** + Ability to perform physically
