Precast Concrete Laborer Location: Palmdale, CA Pay: $25.00/hour to start, with a $2.00/hour raise after 90 days for employees in good standing Schedule: Monday through Friday, 4:00 AM to 12:00 PM Job Description A leading precast concrete manufacturer in Palmdale is hiring Laborers to assist in the production of large structural concrete products. This is a hands on position in a fast paced manufacturing environment, supporting form setup, concrete placement, material handling, and general production operations. Responsibilities - Assist with the production of large precast concrete structures - Set up, clean, and strip concrete forms - Support concrete pouring, finishing, and curing operations - Operate hand and power tools safely - Move materials throughout the facility - Perform general housekeeping and plant cleanup - Follow all safety procedures and production standards Qualifications - Construction, concrete, manufacturing, or general labor experience preferred - Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work - Reliable transportation and strong attendance - Comfortable working in an industrial plant environment - Ability to work an early morning schedule Benefits - Starting pay of $25.00/hour - $2.00/hour raise after 90 days - Consistent full time schedule - Opportunity for long term employment and career growth - Weekly pay and benefits available Apply today to join a team building large scale precast concrete products used in commercial, infrastructure, and industrial construction projects throughout Southern California.
