The position is ideal for individuals with construction experience who are motivated to develop new technical skills and grow within the industry. **Responsibilities** + Assist plumbing and HVAC technicians with day-to-day tasks on commercial construction job sites. + Stage and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for plumbing and HVAC installations. + Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and correctly to support installation and construction activities. + Help with installation tasks related to plumbing and HVAC systems under the guidance of skilled technicians. + Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment. + Support the new construction department by completing assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule. + Follow safety procedures and site rules, including compliance with OSHA standards and company policies. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on job sites. + Travel reliably to and from various commercial construction job sites as scheduled. + Demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and drive to grow into a long-term plumbing or HVAC technician role. **Essential Skills** + At least 1 year of construction experience with a strong interest in entering the plumbing or HVAC trade. + Experience performing general labor duties on construction sites. + Ability to use basic hand tools safely and effectively. + Ability to use basic power tools safely and effectively. + Reliability and consistent attendance, including dependable transportation to and from job sites. + Willingness to obta
