You belong in a company that allows you to act with purpose and thrive in your own way. **What You’ll Do:** As a Bartender/Mixologist at Sodexo, you will have an opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for crafting quality cocktails and other beverages to enhance the drinking and dining experience of patrons at client sites that may include lounges, stadiums, corporate offices, hospitals, and campuses. **Responsibilities include:** + Create classic and innovative cocktails, selecting the appropriate glassware, garnishing drinks and educating customers about the drink menu. + Take orders and serve drinks either directly or indirectly through waitstaff, assessing customers’ needs and preferences to make recommendations as needed. + Responsible for maintain the bar area, ensuring it is neat, sanitary, and well-stocked, including stocking ice, beverages (beer, wine, liquor), slicing bar fruit, preparing specialty mixers, cleaning glassware, utensils and other bar necessities. + Comply with all food and beverage regulations, ensuring the bar operates efficiently, including checking identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol. + May be responsible for training and supervising employ
