As a bartender, you will have the opportunity to mix and serve a variety of beverages and perform meal service for a diverse clientele. **What you'll be doing:** + Following standard recipes to mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests of the service bar. + Setting up and breaking down all front of house and back of house bars and beverage stations. + Performing food service as needed. + Customer service, including describing and recommending menu items. **What we're looking for:** _Must-haves:_ + At least 18 years old. + Strong communication and customer service skills. + Ability to memorize and describe a variety of recipes, especially for mixed beverages. + A valid state bartending license. _Nice-to-haves:_ + Prior bartending experience. **Where you'll be working:** + Phoebe Berks in Wernersville, PA **Compensation Range** + Pay rate of $15.00 - $18.00 per hour **Our Benefits:** + Medical (FT Employees) + Dental + Vision + Voluntary UNUM offering for Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity + Discount Program + Commuter Benefits (Parking and Transit) + EAP + 401k + Sick Time + Holiday Pay
