POSITION SUMMARY The Business Strategy & Partnerships Senior Director serves as the strategic digital advisor to the Value Chain Optimization organization, developing trusted partnerships that align digital investments with business priorities while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and measurable business value. This role is accountable for shaping digital strategy, driving portfolio priorities, connecting business challenges to digital solutions, and ensuring successful execution through close partnership with enterprise architecture, product delivery, engineering, data, security, and operations teams. This role manages staff, sets direction, deploys resources, and has responsibility for employee development, performance reviews, pay reviews, and staffing decisions.
