We’re hiring a **Carpenter Foreman** to lead residential builds from rough framing through finish work. **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING** + Lead and manage a **carpentry crew on new home builds** + Handle **rough carpentry** (framing, backing, blocking) + Perform **finish work** (trim, cabinets, doors) + Read and follow **blueprints and layouts** + Plan daily work and keep projects on schedule + Check work to make sure it meets quality standards + Work with other trades to keep jobs moving **WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR** + **5+ years** residential carpentry experience + Strong skills in **both rough and finish carpentry** + Experience **leading or running a crew** + Able to read and follow blueprints + Reliable, detail‑oriented, and takes pride in the work **BONUS SKILLS** + Door and trim installation experience + Strong problem‑solving on the job site + Comfortable with a wide variety of tools and equipment **WHY THIS JOB** + **$25–$34/hr depending on experience** + Steady, full‑time work + Work on **high‑quality residential builds** + Opportunity to **take ownership and lead projects** + Respect for your trade and skillset **Apply now — expect a call or text from Kason to get started.** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Papillion, NE. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
