The role entails working on interior fit-outs, remodels, and ground-up projects of varying sizes. Responsibilities include steel stud framing, drywall installation, interior door and hardware installation, flooring, and general carpentry tasks. Basic demolition and assistance with light plumbing and electrical work may also be required. Candidates must have the ability to read blueprints, work safely, and maintain a clean and organized job site. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, safety awareness, and a willingness to learn are essential. **Responsibilities** + Perform steel stud framing and drywall installation. + Install interior doors and hardware. + Conduct flooring and general carpentry tasks. + Assist with basic demolition and light plumbing and electrical work. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Ensure job site cleanliness and organization. + Maintain a strong safety awareness and follow safety protocols. + Exhibit a strong work ethic and attention to detail. **Essential Skills** + Carpentry experience + Proficiency in steel stud framing and drywall. + Ability to read blueprints. + Experience with remodels and ground-up construction. + Basic knowledge of light plumbing and electrical work. + Experience in installing interior doors. + Strong understanding of job site safety. + Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 Certification. + CPR and First Aid Certification. + Lift/Equipment Certification. + NCCER Certification. + Experience with multiple flooring types and systems. + Expanded knowledge of commercial construction trades. **Why Work Here?** Work on diverse and high-quality commercial projects ranging from small build-outs to large-scale construction.
