As a CNA Instructor, you will be part of the educational support team supporting aspiring healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have compassion, strong communication skills, and a dedication to student success which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** CNA Instructor **Location:** Brooklyn, NY **Pay Range:** $38 - $40 **Shift:** 7:30AM - 4:30PM, Monday through Friday **Duration:** 6 months **What's the Job?** + Develop and refine CNA curriculum materials, lesson plans, and hands-on training activities that meet industry standards and learners' needs. + Deliver engaging and interactive lessons on patient care, infection control, vital signs, mobility assistance, and communication skills. + Lead practical training sessions, demonstrating and overseeing essential CNA tasks like bathing, feeding, transferring patients, and maintaining cleanliness. + Teach participants how to take vital signs, administer medications, provide wound care, and maintain accurate patient records. + Assess participant skills through practical exams, provide constructive feedback, and monitor progress throughout the program. **What's Needed?** + **Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York.** + **Minimum of three years of experience working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or in a related nursing role.** + **Experience in teaching nursing topics to students or professionals, preferably in a vocational or educational setting.** + Strong understanding of nursing practices, patient care, infection control, and healthcare regulations. + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on aspiring healthcare professionals. + Engage in a dynamic and supportive educational environment. + Work within a dedicated team committed to commun
