To be successful as a cook, you will use various cooking techniques and methods to prepare meals that meet our customers’ expectations. Ultimately, a top-notch cook should be able to handle multiple food orders without compromising on quality. + Handles and prepares food in accordance with food safety regulations + Plans the cooking and baking schedule to ensure food will be ready at specified times but not too far in advance + Uses and adjusts standardized recipes and adheres to therapeutic and consistency diet guidelines + Acts as charge person in the kitchen in the absence of a supervisor + Participates in department communication and teamwork + Prepares proper amounts of food and assures good quality of final product We are offering a $3,000 employment incentive to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements. **Job Requirements** **Required** + None **Preferred** + High school diploma or GED + Food service experience Where You'll Work CHI Williston Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed by the alignment of Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, have a variety of skills from clinical to project management.
