This role will: Install, service, modify, troubleshoot, rebuild, plumbing and/or wet systems and components\. Perform periodic inspections and preventative maintenance tasks related to infrastructure assets and systems\. Conduct maintenance tasks to prevent failure of such equipment as pumps, fans, and all other Plumbing heating equipment, Including responding to all water closet and sanitary line issues\. Assist with preventative and corrective maintenance on HVAC and other infrastructure assets and equipment\. Utilize work order CMMS system for documentation of daily tasks and details\. **Basic Qualifications:** • Must be able to work independently • Experience with installation, modifications, servicing and sewer clearing of commercial plumbing systems, components and controls • Must be able to work off of ladders and elevated platforms/lifts • Must be a United States citizen • Must be able to obtain/
