Join CBRE and build a successful career with a global leader supporting a large pharmaceutical company in Indianapolis. **What You’ll Do:** + Repair, install, replace, test, and fix the water and medical gas supply steam systems traps etc. + Knowledge of steam piping and components + Install new water systems, piping, and fixtures by blueprints, drawings, specifications, and applicable codes. + Ensure waste and vent lines are in good operating condition using a plumber’s snake, vacuum plunger, or jet washer. + Assist other staff members or contractors on projects or equipment installations. + Complete plumbing safety inspections on backflow devices. + Provide training to other staff members so they can perform light plumbing maintenance and repair. + Perform general maintenance and building systems operational duties as assigned or directed. + Respond to emergency situations, summoning extra help as needed. + Follow all activity policies and procedures, always including all HSE-related requirements. + Finish the HSE programs & activities as required, including incident investigations, interviews, auditing, and assessment, etc. + Report any conditions that could result in an accident or injury to management. **What You’ll Need** + High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Plumbing certification at the Journeyman level required. Medical Gas certification and Backflow certification preferred.
