Our team of 4,000 employee-owners, equipped with innovative technology and optimized procedures, helps owners optimize safety, productivity, profit margins, and cost efficiency. **Janitor Foreman** The purpose of this job is to provide supervision and coordination of workers (both skilled and unskilled) engaged in various types of construction projects, such as direction, plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates janitors in cleaning building and grounds; performs janitorial duties; and performs related work as requited. They must be able to oversee and direct one or more aspects of the Soft Craft workforce. Manages and coordinates the activities of assigned staff and resolves problems and issues as they arise.
