Job Title: Construction Coordinator / Onsite Project Coordinator Job Description This onsite Construction Coordinator role supports a major project in Culver City by coordinating daily site activities, logistics, and communications. The coordinator works closely with the Production Lead to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, effective scheduling, and clear communication between internal teams and the client. This is a hands-on position suited to someone with construction site experience who enjoys being present in the field and keeping projects organized and on track. Responsibilities - Coordinate onsite logistics to support daily construction project operations. - Assist with scheduling and coordination of crews, subcontractors, and site activities. - Serve as a primary liaison with the client, providing regular updates and ensuring clear, consistent communication. - Manage travel logistics and arrangements for team members as needed. - Represent the project team in onsite and remote meetings, capturing detailed notes and tracking action items through completion. - Prepare, update, and maintain site reports, logs, and project documentation in an accurate and timely manner. - Support daily administrative tasks related to construction coordination, scheduling, and documentation. - Handle general site support activities, including store runs, material pick-ups, and other field errands to keep work progressing. - Collaborate closely with the Production Lead to monitor progress, identify issues, and help ensure the project runs smoothly and safely. - Support implementation of site safety practices by helping coordinate safe work activities and reinforcing adherence to safety procedures. Essential Skills - Proven experience working in a construction site or field-based construction environment. - Strong construction coordination skills, including organizing daily activities and logistics. - Experience with scheduling crews, tasks, and site activities
