Employer: Sevita. NeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans. **Starting Pay:** $16.25/hour + Additional $0.50/hour for 1–4 years of experience + Additional $1.00/hour for 5+ years of experience **Preliminary Requirements:** + Proof of non-probationary driver’s license held for at least one year + Ability to attend orientation (Tuesday–Friday, Daytime) **Make a Difference Every Day** Are you compassionate, patient, and ready to make a meaningful impact in someone’s life? As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to our clients, helping them live safely and comfortably. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow instructions, and a genuine heart for caring. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist with bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene + Transport clients to appointments utilizing company vehicles + Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping + Support wheelchair assistance and safe transportation + Provide companionship and meaningful conversation + Ensure overall safety and well-being of clients + Use proper lifting and bending techniques to physically support clients **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or GED equivalent + 6 months to 1 year of experience in human services or caregiving preferred, but not mandatory + Valid (for at least 1 year), non-probationary driver’s license with no restrictions or provisions + Minimum age: 18 years + Successful background check clearance + Caring attitude and dedication to supporting others + Ability and willingness to safely bend and lift to assist clients **Why Join Us?** + Fu
