Role - In accordance with company policies and procedures, work to ensure quality cartons are produced, machine speeds and customer standards are maintained safely. Responsibilities - Knowledge and experience with operating Bobst Die Cutters 145 and 162. - Responsible for press make ready: adjust press to accommodate for new product sheets being cut (set feeder, lock up die, set stripper, blanker, and delivery). - Be able to set guides, feeders and load dies (weighing approx. 150 lbs.) into cutting press with assistance. - Inspect quality of each load run: responsible for checking random sheets from each cut load to ensure high quality standards. - When cutting problems are encountered, the Operator is to flag and isolate poorly produced materials (all defective loads are to be tagged). - Operator is to make proper cor
