Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Director of Real Estate, Design, and Construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience overseeing global programs which include sub projects such as: Manufacturing, R&D, Office, Warehouse, Data Centers, Clean Labs, Industrial, Sales and Executive spaces. This role involves collaborating across departments, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering high-quality design and project management services to ensure programming requirements are met within budget and schedule that serve both the end-user/requestor and Real Estate objectives. You will be supporting projects across the entire WD portfolio. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Foster and maintain strong relationships within the organization: FE&M, IT, Legal, Procurement, Finance, EH&S - Foster and maintain strong relationships with consultants and contractors: Architects, Engineering, Construction Manager, and General Contractors, etc. - Ensure adherence of Global Construction Project Governance, safety protocols and programs related to Real Estate, Design and Construction - Oversee budgeting, and forecasting models - Review project contracts and additional requests
