This is a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment with opportunities for advancement! What You Will Do: + Perform routine electrical repairs, installation, and adjustments on plant equipment, ensuring proper electrical function and safety while utilizing a variety of power and hand tools. + Assist in diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues, applying appropriate corrective actions to maintain optimal equipment performance. + Support major electrical repairs and construction projects related to plant buildings and machinery as needed. + Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical cords, motors, and components; replace starters, relays, switches, fuses, disconnects, and wiring to ensure reliable operation. + Utilize electrical testing instruments (voltage/ohm meters, amp meters) and interpret electrical schematics to troubleshoot and verify motor windings, line voltages, fuse sizing, and wiring configurations in compliance with USDA and company policies.
