Then you may have found your crew. We’re looking for an Enhancement Landscape Laborer to join our team. **You’d be responsible for:** + Performing landscape construction operations. + **Operating heavy, medium, and small sized construction equipment (front end loader, skid loader, backhoe, excavator, dump truck, construction trailer, hand held cutting and compaction devices).** + **Ensuring safety practices are followed on and off the job site.** + **Ensuring equipment is safely loaded and secured for transport to and from job sites.** + **Communicating with your supervisor any job site needs, changes, and issues.** + **Ensuring that the quality standards of the company are abided by.** **Additionally, employees are expected to abide by all internal control & compliance practices to:** + **Safeguard assets from theft and misuse** + **Ensure segregation of duties to minimize fraud.** + **Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulation.** + **Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information** + **Periodically reconcile physical assets to accounting records** **And while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:** + **Chauffer’s License with DOT Med Card.** + **Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.** + **Ability to perform multiple forms of landscape construction ranging from basic tree and plant installations, larger landscape construction installations, hardscape installations.** + **Ability to lift weight exceeding 50 lbs.** + **Ability to problem solve on the job and adapt to site changes as they arise.** +
