What You’ll Do: Responsible for performing highly technical estimates for Transmission line and substation projects in a safe, efficient and economical manner. This position is responsible for complying with defined project scoping and estimating procedures; gathering and integrating estimate and cost information to build & update master estimating cost models and databases; developing criteria for estimation and use of project and portfolio contingency; and working with project stakeholders (i.e. project management, engineering, planning, construction, contractors, etc.) to develop, implement and continuously improve scoping and estimating processes Job Description What We’re Looking For: - Support project sponsors in development of conceptual estimates; collaborate with engineering, project management, and other stakeholders in the development of the detailed project scope of work; prepare detailed project cost estimates based on the approved scope of work. - Interface with planning, engineering, project engineering/management, outage management, construction, and operating company personnel to identify/initiate, scope, status and follow-up estimate efforts (if ne
