Employer: Aerotek. **Aerotek is hiring Assemblers in Hanover, Maryland!** **Job Summary:** **We are looking for an Assembler to build products using hand and power tools. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, able to follow instructions and blueprints, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.** **Responsibilities** + Assemble parts and products according to work instructions and blueprints. + Use hand tools, power tools, and torque wrenches safely and correctly. + Inspect parts for damage and ensure finished products meet quality standards. + Read basic drawings and follow assembly procedures. + Report missing parts, quality issues, or production problems. + Maintain a clean and safe work area. + Work with team members to meet production goals. **Qualifications** + Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. + Mechanically inclined and comfortable using hand and power tools. + Ability to read basic blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions. + Strong attention to detail and quality. + Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. + High school diploma or equivalent preferred. **Schedule & Environment** + Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM. + Manufacturing facility environment. + Steel-toed boots required; other safety equipment provided. **Why Join Us?** + Opportunity for training and career growth. + Supportive team environment. + Clean, modern manufacturing facility. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elkridge, MD. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
