Employer: The Kinetic Group. **Job Description** **The Position:** Our **Lewiston, ID** location is seeking **Assemblers** to add to our hiring pool for future hiring needs. **Starting hourly rate is** **$23.06, plus shift differential for most shifts,** increasing to $25.12 after 6 months. **Shift Information:** Ability to work any shift including Swing, Weekend Days, and Weekend Swing, 10 and 12 hour shifts for the first three months. Position will work between 34.5 to 46 hours per week, depending on the department assigned. Will work **Weekend Swing** shift after initial training is complete. This shift is typically 5pm-5am, Friday through Sunday with variations depending on department. **Responsibilities:** + Learns and gains proficiency in various positions of the Assembly Operation (load lines, packaging lines, inspection) and rotates through each of the positions as assigned. May also perform the duties of an entry-level Machine Operator. + Must be available to work schedules as assigned by supervision.
