Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** As an assembler, you will clip pins, connectors, and fasteners to correct specifications using approved hand tools. You will be responsible for assembling mechanical and/or electrical components and harnesses as directed, supporting the assembly of wire harnesses, cable systems, and other control units. Your role includes logging all work activities accurately, including part numbers, work orders, and quantities, and maintaining a safe, organized, and FOD-free work environment through 'clean-as-you-go' practices. You must follow established safety, quality, and procedural requirements at all times and perform additional duties as assigned. **Responsibilities** + Clip pins, connectors, and fasteners to correct specifications using approved hand tools. + Assemble mechanical and/or electrical components and harnesses as directed. + Support the assembly of wire harnesses, cable systems, and other control units. + Log all work activities accurately, including part numbers, work orders, and quantities. + Maintain a safe, organized, and FOD-free work environment through 'clean-as-you-go' practices. + Follow established safety, quality, and procedural requirements. + Perform additional duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. + Manual dexterity and attention to detail. + Willingness to learn and adhere to quality standards. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 6 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environment. + Familiarity with hand tools or basic assembly techniques. + Able to stand or sit for extended periods. + Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. + Frequent use of hands and small tools. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values safety, quality, and attention to detail.
