As a member of the Assembly Team, the Assembler will be responsible to assembling and testing a variety of company products, all while maintaining a clean and safe workplace. **What you can look forward to as the Assembler:** + Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, or other fasteners. + Uses engineering prints/drawings, routing sheets, settings specifications, required hand tools and fixtures, and test benches to assist in assembly operation. + Demonstrates ability to detect discrepancies about parts or documentation. + Assembles parts per print; then packages and moves the products to the backflushing area. + Set up and tests assembled products and sub-assemblies per specifications. **Your Profile as the Assembler:** + High school diploma or equivalent, required. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, 35 pounds regularly. + Ability to operate a computer and other electronic equipment. + Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. + Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. + Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions and correspondence, as well as effectively communicate with others within the organization. + Experience with ERP Systems and Microsoft Suite, desired. **Why you should choose ZF in North Mankato:** + Opportunity for career growth and advancement as part of the global ZF company + A diverse culture + 13 paid holidays per year, vacation, sick time + Annual bonus p
