Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** This full-time manufacturing role is based in Tennessee and focuses on assembling components and finished products in a clean, partially climate-controlled machine shop. As an Assembly Associate, you will assemble parts, inspect components, and ensure that all finished products meet established quality and safety standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment that requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and a consistent commitment to safety and reliability. **Responsibilities** + Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and final products by following established blueprints, technical drawings, and written work instructions. + Use hand tools, power tools, and automated manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently to complete assigned tasks. + Perform in-process and final quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and promptly identify defects or inconsistencies. + Follow all safety protocols, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized work area. + Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals, supporting others as needed to maintain workflow. + Notify supervisors promptly of any equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or quality issues that could affect production. + Package finished goods securely and prepare them for shipment, including labeling and staging products as required. + Assist in different areas of the facility as needed to support overall production and operational efficiency. **Essential Skills** + Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or assembly environment preferred. + Ability to stand for long periods of time, including shifts up to 10 hours. + Ability to bend, stoop, and consistently lift up to 50 pounds. + Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for precise assembly work. + High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. + Reliable transportation and a s
