This role is responsible for performing mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly operations in accordance with controlled work instructions, engineering drawings, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate thrives in a regulated manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, quality, and precision. **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble oil and gas components and sub-assemblies to build-to-print specifications, work instructions, and engineering drawings + Use a variety of hand tools, torque wrenches, and specialized assembly tooling + Perform assembly of pressure-rated components, fittings, and related hardware + Follow all quality, safety, and cleanliness standards, including stop-work authority + Complete required production and quality documentation to ensure traceability + Conduct in-process inspections and participate in quality checks + Communicate defects, material shortages, or process concerns to leadership + Support continuous improvement and maintain organized work areas + Assist with training and mentoring new assemblers as needed **Required Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED + 2+ years of mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly experience + Ability to read an
