Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: Electronics Assembly Technician** **Job Description** This role focuses on assembling electronic components for control panel boards in a manufacturing environment. You will work with small tools, electronic parts, and wiring while following detailed instruction drawings to ensure high-quality, reliable panel assemblies. **Responsibilities** + Assemble electronic components for control panel boards according to daily instruction drawings and written diagrams. + Work with small tools, hand tools, and power tools to complete precise assembly tasks. + Handle and install small electronic parts, wires, and other components accurately and safely. + Use various soldering techniques to connect electronic components and wiring as specified. + Follow assembly instructions and production processes to meet quality and productivity standards. + Perform basic quality inspection on assembled components to confirm they meet specifications. + Collaborate with team members on the production floor to coordinate workflow and resolve assembly issues. + Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all safety and manufacturing guidelines. **Essential Skills** + Previous manufacturing experience in a production or assembly environment. + Experience with assembly work, including following written diagrams and instructions. + Ability to read and work from written diagrams, schematics, or instruction drawings. + Proficiency using hand tools and small tools for detailed assembly tasks. + Experience using power tools in a manufacturing or production setting. + Basic soldering skills and experience working with electronics and wiring. + Attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspection on assembled components. + Capability to work efficiently in a structured production environment alongside other employees. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment, which may be considered depending on
