Perks: + Shift: Mon-Fri 6:45am-3:15pm + Pay: $18.00 p/h + Access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy (https://www.adeccousa.com/about-adecco-staffing/adecco-programs-partnerships/aspire-academy/) with thousands of free upskilling courses Responsibilities: + Assemble small medical device components using hand tools, fixtures, and equipment (on-line and off-line assembly). + Perform visual inspections using magnification to identify defects and ensure product quality. + Weigh, count, package, and label finished products accurately according to work instructions. + Complete production records, documentation, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Requirements: + Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and work instructions. + Good hand-eye coordination and strong manual dexterity. + Ability to work at a set production rate in a fast-paced environment. + Must be at least 18 years of age; High School Diploma or GED preferred.
