Employer: Aerotek. **Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** The General Production Worker supports a variety of manufacturing operations on a clean, climate-controlled production floor. You will rotate through multiple tasks, follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures, and use basic computer and math skills to complete work accurately. This role involves working with production machinery, performing hands-on tasks, and potentially supporting cleanroom operations that contribute to life-saving medical device products. **Responsibilities** + Work from written work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to complete assigned tasks accurately and safely. + Log in and out of jobs using a computer, scanning barcodes or QR codes to track work and production activity. + Create and print labels using the company’s ERP or computer systems as part of the production process. + Perform a variety of hands-on production tasks, including tumbling, CNC feeding, grinding, loading, and running automatic press machines. + Operate or assist with laser tubing equipment as directed on the production floor. + Rotate between different workstations and tasks as part of cross-training to support overall production needs. + Use basic math skills to measure, count, and verify parts or materials as required. + Follow all safety guidelines, including the use of required personal protective equipment and adherence to cleanroom rules when applicable. + Maintain a clean and organized work area and handle materials and equipment with care. + Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members about job status, issues, and any barriers to completing tasks. + Participate in initial classroom training and ongoing on-the-job training across different roles and departments. + Demonstrate reliability, especially during the first month when training is critical to mastering the role. + Follow attendance and communication expectations, including not
